Terms & Conditions:
1. Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Miles redeemed are non-refundable.
3. A KrisFlyer member can make multiple redemptions, but can utilize no more than eight (08) redemptions at a single time at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort.
4. The experience must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.
5. After successful redemption, members will receive a confirmation email. A Redemption confirmation does not infer a reservation or guarantee the date of stay.
6. KrisFlyer members will have to contact Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort at +62 361 849888 or email to H9078@sofitel.com, on the following terms and conditions:
a. The KrisFlyer member must mention that the reservation is requested under “KrisFlyer Experiences” during the phone call to Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort or in the email to H9078@sofitel.com.
b. Reservations must be made with at least three (3) days’ prior notice to Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort; and
c. Cancellation due to urgent matters to be made with at least three (3) days prior to arrival to Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, otherwise it will be considered as no show booking and will be considered redeemed by the hotel.
7. Upon checking in at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, KrisFlyer member must provide Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort with the redemption serial number and the last four (4) digits of their KrisFlyer membership number for verification.
8. Blackout periods for the Promotion are as per below:
• G20 period: 20 Oct 2022 - 23 Nov 2022
• Festive Season: 23 Dec 2022 - 05 Jan 2023
Bookings outside of the blackout periods will be subject to availability.
